Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the NINTH mobile application (“the App”) developed and operated by Synthax Codes SRL (“Synthax”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered as a Moldova IT Park resident in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova.

By downloading, installing, or using NINTH, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

NINTH is a numerology app that provides personalised readings, daily insights, compatibility analysis, and destiny charts based on numerological principles. Reading content is generated using advanced language models and is intended for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal exploration purposes only.

NINTH does not provide professional, medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Numerology readings are based on traditional numerological frameworks interpreted through modern language models. They should not be used as a substitute for qualified professional guidance.

You acknowledge that all readings are for personal reflection and entertainment.

You must be at least 13 years old to use NINTH. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

• You may use NINTH as a guest (without signing in) with limited features.
• Full functionality requires signing in with your Apple ID via Sign in with Apple.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from the app’s Settings. This will permanently remove your data from our servers.

• NINTH offers a free tier with limited access and a premium subscription (“NINTH Pro”) for full access.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Pricing is displayed before purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.
• We may change subscription pricing with advance notice. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle, not to the current period.

If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled. You will be clearly informed of the trial duration and subsequent pricing before you subscribe.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s servers, services, or infrastructure.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the App’s content or readings.

• NINTH, its design, content, and brand are owned by Synthax Codes SRL. All rights reserved.
• Generated readings are provided for your personal use. You may share individual readings (e.g., via the app’s share feature) but may not bulk copy or redistribute them.
• Numerological calculation methods are based on the public-domain Pythagorean system. The App’s specific implementation, presentation, and generated content are proprietary.

We strive to keep NINTH available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Core numerology calculations work offline; personalised readings and daily insights require an internet connection.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• NINTH is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes based on the App’s readings or content.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an app update or in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be submitted to the competent courts of Chișinău.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
