Synthax Codes started from a simple observation: most software agencies optimize for billable hours, not business outcomes. They assign junior developers, layer in project managers, and ship code that works until it doesn’t.
I wanted to build the opposite: a firm where the person you talk to is the person who writes your code. Where architecture comes before aesthetics. Where we stay after launch because our reputation depends on your system running in production, not just passing QA.
After 8+ years building production systems across logistics, IoT, SaaS, fintech, and infrastructure, I formalized what had been a consulting practice into Synthax Codes, a Moldova IT Park resident company with EU-aligned work culture and senior-only engineering.
We’ve shipped 50+ projects, maintained a 5.0 Clutch rating, and built long-term relationships with clients who keep coming back — not because we’re cheap, but because we solve problems that stay solved.
Today, Synthax operates as a boutique product engineering firm. We take on select projects that match our expertise, work directly with founders and CTOs, and deliver systems that generate revenue, reduce costs, or both.
